From what i was told the seal beam headlights are never going to be perfect for a realignment and there now illegal as for that reason above

i have changed mine for universal 7" round headlights which cost me 20 yo yos and they re-align 99.9% perfect

if anyone ever needs service bits and pieces for your 5 or any other car give me a shout and i'll sort you out as i work in a motor factors

Fab! Got an axle seal for a 1.8 diff?
Mines leaking.. onto the exhaust.. it smells.

Oh John, John, John,

Midlifecrisis calls his Little Red Car .....LRC.......the Labour Relations is where I am going to tender my resignation as the welcoming committee deputy, leader, prime minister in waiting, secretary etc etc etc!!!!!

Could I ask for a final clarification on sealed beams for Eunos's? Illegal or sneak through the nct-proof?? :wink:

Yeh, my 02 Mk2 sailed thru the NCT this morning.

Always thought it would but bloody hell, it is nerve racking. Worse still that you can actually see them abusing your car through the windows!!

Yeah - I was having palpitations watching mine go through. There were two guys - pointing & touching (inappropriately I might add). Then when she was done, the tester guy called me outside & said there was a problem - the window would not rise. Whew...is that all..!!. Switch was dodgy & luckily I had a new one just delivered. But he was trying to be helpful & turns out he had worked in a Mazda dealership & was an MX fan!!!!
