Done some work over the holidays, removed the air conditioning, fitted a new alloy radiator and replaced all the cooling hoses.

Got the small ones under the inlet manifold also.

Was unable to get to work today due to the snow so I stripped the front of the car, treated the rust spots, cleaned the inside of the wings and replaced all the bolts to new stainless steel ones.

made my own offset bracket.. just need to test fit and get a square plate.

Halfords.

Definitely do before putting rails on! You don't want them to start rotting inside! Good stuff. Easy to apply no big mess.
