What did you do to your MX5 today ?

Yeah you should if fitting new shock but i fitted a used one which matchs the used one on the other side. Shouldn't be a problem but the nct retest is on wed so will find out exactly what the imbalance is then.

Well I passed the nct with my new used shock (8 % imbalance between the fronts)
So decided to give it a wash. Well it started as a wash and developed in to a Clay bar, polish and wax, clean the engine bay, remove all lights and clean behind them......
Didn't get any good pics but it is pretty bloody clean now

Autoglem machine/engine cleaner, Spray it on, work in with a brush, rinse off with water. jobs a good un.

I painted my calipers this evening - nice streach in the day!
I used heat resistant black metallic, tho' I'm thinking they look more metaillic grey if anything? :roll:

Nice work there ollie, mx5 parts have disks and pads on offer ending tomorrow for €86 delivered, looks like you need them. :wink:
