Rerouted the turbo oil return. Made a solid SSteel hose to stop it from kinking and blocking.

Got home and her water broke.... Heater pipe burst :(

This will fix your problem.. it takes 2 mins to fit a new one.

I have one bad adjuster, when the brakes need adjusting i just use the good one for both sides. They come out very easily and taking it out after adjustment wont upset the brake balance.

once the wheel is locked with the adjuster, give it a 1/4 turn back and they should be just right.

Have you done the oil return to sump yet?

Are you in on the IC piping?

Wouldn't mind getting the order in soon, fergal wants one too.
If we are getting 3 kits i will try and wangle a bit more off the price, see can we get it down to 100 euro or less.

Just your stanard oil change, replaced the passenger side rear caliper with a reconditioned one, and bled the system, brakes are now great again... oh ye weighed my tsw's.........while they were off.
18-19kgs (40lbs) a piece..

The BBS alloys she came with were 10lbs a piece......

That means i'm driving around with fook'n 4 times the original wheel weight........(ie 16 wheels)

Am i making this out right......

4 X 10 = 40lbs
versus 4 X 40 = 160lbs

Found the weight of mine from last time i weighed them for someone.
They are 15kg each including the tyre. (33lbs)

A quick look on Miata.net shows that Toyo T1R's seem to be pretty light @ 17 lbs with Falken 912's and others @ around 19 lbs

If we say the tyres are 19 lbs then that would make the wheels 33 lbs minus the 19 which is 14 lbs not too bad for a 15x7

So not all that light either if it makes you fell any better Steve.

I drained redline (it was still red 6 years on!) and replaced with castrol but only because I couldn't source redline the day I was doing it.. the gearbox is changing alot easier but there seems to be some cushioning missing now..

Cleaned the K&N air filter, fixed the k&n camcover filter that melted, changed intake setup, added adjustable endlinks to the rear and added a washer to a front one.
