Re: Hard Top adviseBlack is a multi-dimensional color that can mean classic or new. It has an ominous characteristic symbolizing death. Therefore it is used in Western cultures for funerals. It has an air of intelligence (graduation robes), marked with rebellion (the bad guy), shrouded in mystery (space). It typically symbolized absence, modernity, power, sophistication, formality, elegance, wealth, mystery, style, evil,(such as in films) death (in Western cultures), fear, emptiness, darkness, seriousness, conventionality, rebellion, anarchism, unity, sorrow, professionalism, and slimming quality (fashion).

Re: Hard Top adviseSo, that's black then.
Let's have the red properties
Re: Hard Top adviseWow, that brings a whole new meaning to driving a black car! Cheers 'PJikipedia'
PJ The word green is closely related to the Old English verb growan, “to grow”. It is used to describe plants or the ocean. Sometimes it can also describe someone who is inexperienced, jealous, or sick. In America, green is a slang term for money, among other things. Several colloquialisms have derived from these meanings, such as “green around the gills”, a phrase used to describe a person who looks ill. John In human color psychology, red is associated with heat, energy, and blood, and emotions that "stir the blood", including anger, passion, love and pain.[4]

Re: Hard Top adviseRight, hard top re-sprayed and one of the lads here is putting some sort of self adhesive grey material lining on it next week, then a loving polish and its ready to put on the 5. My question is should I prepare the soft top beforehand in some way seeing as it could be down for a while. Have heard different reports of putting a sealer on it and placing greaseproof paper between the folds suppressing any drying out...anyone??
