my mate had one a while ago and sold the car with it in it for less than you would pay for the chamber alone. Not helpful for you at all but, fun fact! Just go F/I or get a cone filter for 20 squids.

Isnt the intake mani heated, dont think the cold air thing on an NA really gives much gains. If you want more power then FI is the only way to go.
Just had a look at that intake. With the amount of air an NA 5 can flow you could just use some 2.5" alloy tubing and sillicone couplers, would give the same results for a fraction of the price.

they dont make any real difference. My old jap 1.6 with an Rstar racing header was faster than my mates 1.8l with an arc chamber. His did sound deadly though.

Waste of money. You could make up one much cheaper but for what?

I'll second that. I done a back to back test with my old NA 1.8, firstly with it fitted and then finally with it removed. I could not tell
any difference at all. Maybe a dyno might show a little something (skeptical) but I honestly felt no difference at all.

I drove the car with stock tube and piper cross filter on then fitted arc chamber on and had it there for a while.. As ye say.. Didn't notice much of a difference apart induction sound and bit of bling.. Then had to revert to an oem setup and that's when I noticed quite a difference! The car wouldn't respond at 15- 25k rpm as well as before. This is what arc chamber meant to do..help you out with low end.. All cars and setups are different suppose.. If I'd find one for good money definitely get one..
