Exhaust Fitters in Dublin

Postby fabfiveferg » Thu, 06 Nov 2008 4:47 +0000

I am trying to find somewhere to fit an exhaust for me this weekend.

Most of the places (fast fit etc) say they only fit their own. A few months of twiddling thumbs should soften that cough.

Anyone know of a more realistic firm that could help me out. I find working on the exhaust impossible, and a little scary, even on the stands.

yeah, def do it yourself.. if it leaks, THEN bring it to Kwiksh1t or wherever to "adjust" it!
Its all just nuts n bolts (and maybe a little bit of stuggling)..

I knew I should have asked somebody useless

Now I'm gonna be lying on the ground with a car on top of me. No room to move and struggling to get purchase on a nut that keeps slipping. All the while terrified the car is about to fall on me.

With Ivan laughing in the background.

I know you're right. It's just so much easier with a ramp or a pit

:D :D
just bring it to any back street bloke in a lane mechanic.
i don't want to have to be pulling you out with a car lying on your face.
I might have to put down my tea
